Tool design and production
We have the necessary experience and qualified technical staff, a design office and a specialized machine park for manufacturing cutting and stamping tools.
We design and build following tools:
- progressive tools
- transfer tools
- COMBO type tools (combinations of progressive and transfer processes)
- single dies, blanking dies, bending dies
We make tools based on documentation provided by the client, as well as our own documentation based on product documentation. In each phase of the project, the design solutions and tool concept are consulted with the client. We also provide repair services for elements of punching and pressing die sets.
In the process of building cutting and pressing dies, the right selection of materials and heat treatment processes is very important. This selection is made according to parameters such as hardness, strength or abrasion resistance. An important element of building each tool is the right selection of normative elements, in this aspect using the own offer and own experience of the supplier of tool standards.
Design
Phase of planning, research and design of the solution in accordance with customer requirements and technical and creative analysis.
Machining
Processing raw materials or data to prepare them for further stages of production.
Assembly
Assembling parts or components into finished products using appropriate tools and assembly techniques.
Implementation
Launching and implementing the solution in real-world conditions, in accordance with the schedule and action plan.
Warranty and service
Providing the customer with technical support, repair and maintenance of the product or solution during and after the warranty period to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
